Background

Eric's love for gardening led him to earn a Landscape Horticulture degree from the University of Maine, where he worked at the Roger Clapp Greenhouse and Fay Highland Botanical Gardens and assisted with research at Cornell. After graduation, he worked for various landscaping companies in southern Maine before starting his own business in 2016. In 2018, he became the City Horticulturist for Portland, Maine, managing city gardens and natural spaces, designing flower displays, and maintaining an award-winning rose garden. In 2024, Eric relocated to Rochester, MN, where he shares his expertise to help others enhance their home's natural beauty.
